Peter is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Iverson Capital. He established the Firm in 2018 as a real estate investment platform dedicated to long-term investments in dynamic urban markets in Europe, with a strategic focus on office, last-mile logistics and residential properties. Iverson Capital has a team of industry professionals with deep experience in acquisitions and real estate asset management. The Firm is based in central London.
Over a 26-year career, Peter has acquired and managed over $28 Billion of real estate assets, while serving as, among others, Executive Director/COO of Morgan Stanley Properties Japan, and Managing Director/Head of Asset Management at Round Hill Capital. Peter has managed large portfolios of diverse real estate assets across Europe, the United States, and Japan.
Peter received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from the University of California at Berkeley. Peter has lived and worked in many cities around the world: London, Paris, San Francisco and Tokyo.
MOUNIR DARUGAR
INVESTMENT TEAM
Mounir joined the Investment team at Iverson Capital in 2018. Prior to this, he was a Senior Associate at Aprirose Real Estate Investment, a real estate investment firm in London, investing in large hotel portfolios, offices and private residential in the UK.
Prior to this, Mounir was an Investment Manager for 5 years at Virgin Management, Richard Branson’s investment office, investing and managing direct growth equity investments in real estate, transport and telecoms in the US, Europe and Middle East.
Before that, Mounir was an Associate at Arcapita Bank for 4 years in London, a Middle-East based private equity firm, investing and managing a pan-European logistics portfolio of €1.3bn.
Mounir started his career at Trimont Advisors, the asset management arm of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity (LBREP) where he asset-managed a portfolio of €500m assets in Europe.
Mounir received a BSc in Telecom Engineering from Telecom Sud Paris after studying Maths and Physics at Lycée Chaptal, Paris (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles).
Charlie Nairn
Investment Team
Charlie joined the Investment team at Iverson Capital in 2018. Prior to this, he was an Associate at Mansford, a European multi-strategy real estate private equity investment firm. Charlie worked on over £500m of transactions and undertook asset management across industrial, student accommodation, retail and leisure assets in the UK.
Charlie started his career at CBRE, where he worked in the EMEA Capital Markets team, advising on the acquisition and disposal of large retail assets and portfolios across multiple European jurisdictions.
Charlie received an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School at the University of Reading and an MA in Modern Languages from Trinity College, Dublin. Charlie is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
